All Truck Master Liftgates are designed to minimize downtime.  When maintenance must be done – you want your vehicle back on the road again quickly.  The inner and outer rails are designed for ease of access and disassembly, lift cylinders are easily removable, and the entire hydraulic system is self-bleeding – simply cycle the gate after maintenance and it bleeds itself.

PATENTED LEVEL-RIDE SYSTEM

This Holland exclusive ensures the gate completes its cycle even in low voltage or off-center loading conditions.  Twin pistons in a flow-dividing cylinder are locked together to feed each of the lift cylinders equally, providing unrivalled level platform operation.

MAINTENANCE FREE ROLLERS

These rollers fabricated with proprietary polymers offer trouble free life over thousands of cycles.  They are extremely resilient to shock loading while maintaining their shape, performance down to -40 degrees and remaining stable in demanding high humidity conditions.  Sealed heavy-duty roller bearings are pre-lubed for the life of the roller.
