HOLLAND, MI – Holland USA (Holland), a subsidiary of The Holland Group, Inc., has announced the addition of Derek Gracy, who will serve as a Service Manager out of Holland’s Wylie, Texas facility, supporting its Southwest service area.
Derek will work with customers and Holland Sales and Engineering staffs to identify, reduce, correct and service user concerns. He will be responsible for customer satisfaction, while insuring the quality and integrity of all Holland products, in Holland’s Southwest service area in the US.
Derek brings with him over 15 years of related experience. Most recently he was employed as a District Sales Representative with Todco Door. He also possesses advanced technical knowledge from his years of employment with Aviall and Texas Instruments. Derek holds his Associates degree in Applied Sciences in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology.
