March 31, 2003 Muskegon, MI – Holland USA is pleased to announce a new North American Warranty for its Class ‘A’ Motorhome air-ride suspension systems. Effective April 1, 2003, the new warranty extends parts and labor coverage for all suspension components supplied by Holland to three (3) years on Holland Neway steer, drive and auxiliary axle suspensions.
“We revised our warranty”, says Roger Elkins, Holland Product Manager, “to better address the needs of motorhome owners who value a longer period of coverage over high mileage coverage. Our warranty now covers 36 months or 45,000 miles, whichever comes first.”
“In addition to the extended period of coverage”, states Mr. Elkins, “our new warranty covers parts and labor for 36 months on all suspension components that we supply. Most warranties limit coverage on wear items, like shocks and bushings, to only 12 months. We’re confident in the quality of every component we make, so we don’t add this limitation. We believe motorhome owners will appreciate the benefits of our new warranty.”
